Helpmonks definitely hit a nerve as a collaborative email platform. So much so, that we are seeing over 1000 new customers in the last few months alone.

Images can be added to both, the general mailbox signature and to the signature of each user. The mailbox signature can be found in the mailbox settings, where as the user signature under the “Edit profile” section.

Here is a new feature that many of you have requested — you can now message another email address, via CC or BCC, on any outgoing message. However, instead of just doing this to any message, it is part of the workflow, hence you can selectively decide when to CC/BCC your messages.

As always, go to your workflow and select the condition (or none to apply to all messages) and then from the action menu select the “Add CC/BCC

Adding a color to a label has been one of the top requests of our customers. With the recent update this weekend, it is now possible to do so. Once you’ve added a color to your label, it will show so throughout

Just a quick note, on a rather important update to the workflow.

We enhanced the workflow so that you can now enter any email address to be matched. Previously, you could only match if the customer already existed in Helpmonks (hey, we learn too).
