By clicking on the print icon which is next to the subject, you can print the entire conversation, or choose to print an individual section by clicking on the print icon in that section’s container.

While our customers love our approach, we understand that we might have simplified too much. One of those simplifications was to tag on your signature once the message has been send.

As we welcome more and more customers to Helpmonks each month, we also broaden our international presence. As of today, we have customers in the USA, Germany, India, Brazil, Italy, UK (you guys really love Helpmonks), Luxembourg, Belgium, France, etc.
It was just a matter of time, until our interface would be available in another language than English. Thus with some excitement we are happy to announce that Helpmonks is now available in French!

I’ve said a long time ago, that Apple should “merge” macOS and iOS. Once you own/look at the Surface you quickly realize that using the same OS for tablet or desktop use is simply awesome.
Until then, the iPad is a “dead” product to me, as the MacBook 12" perfectly replaces it with being a desktop, but light as a tablet.

Razuna 1.8.5 brings one new feature that many of you have asked for — an approval process.
The approval process enables you to hold back files being uploaded to a folder and put them into a staging area. Your reviewers then have to “approve” files before they are released.

What this means for you, is that you should immediately see an enhanced performance while using the Helpmonks web app. In addition, we have also increased our throughput in sending emails, i.e. your emails get delivered faster.
