Yes, as a matter of fact, we build Helpmonks with a strong native email integration from the start. Meaning, you can (and always could) reply to the “Helpmonks notification” email in your email client and do a reply.

Furthermore, with our “[email commands](https://help.helpmonks.com/t/email-commands/52?ref=thenitai.com)” you can even leave notes, assign the email to a co-worker, set reminders and more, right from a reply within your native email client.
