Add private notes to any email

You can now add private notes to any email in Helpmonks.

Simply check the “private notes” checkbox when you create a note in Helpmonks and it will show to you only (and in your emails) only. You can make private notes available to your team by unchecking the box again when editing the note.

As of immediately attachments are now parsed and attached to emails within the HelpMonks application and also attached to outgoing messages.
