Wow, I’m shocked reading this… I mean, “shocked” of what you have to endure and I’m truly sorry for that.

As a foreigner and now living in the USA, I’m simply set back at how racists the USA is. As much as I love this country, it has many things to learn.

We need to open up and you have just done so. I hope many more people will read this and start finally respecting you as

Very well said.

Very well said. I totally agree with this. As a founder of 6 companies I’m still bewildered how many get invested in the million, withouy any clear picture on how to make money.

Somehow “making money” must not be in the books of some startups.

Expanding our infrastructure

Helpmonks definitely hit a nerve as a collaborative email platform. So much so, that we are seeing over 1000 new customers in the last few months alone.

As Helpmonks keeps growing, so has the demand on our server infrastructure. In the last few weeks and days we have been hard at work to expand our infrastructure.

As we are now processing far more than a hundred thousand incoming emails a month, we saw that there were a few delays on

Razuna in a Docker container

I’m happy to announce that I just published the Razuna Docker script for Razuna v.1.8.x to our Razuna Github repository. You can download the script at https://github.com/razuna/razuna_docker_1.

The Razuna Docker script is the perfect way to build, run and maintain your Razuna installation and in the future will be the recommended installation for Razuna (yes, we are also building a Razuna Docker script for the upcoming Razuna 2.0).

Get your signatures going with images

We are very please to let you know that we have just pushed one of the most requested features to Helpmonks — having signatures with images!

Images can be added to both, the general mailbox signature and to the signature of each user. The mailbox signature can be found in the mailbox settings, where as the user signature under the “Edit profile” section.

Just as you can do when you reply to a message you know have the ability to simply

Now available: CC or BCC your replies

Here is a new feature that many of you have requested — you can now message another email address, via CC or BCC, on any outgoing message. However, instead of just doing this to any message, it is part of the workflow, hence you can selectively decide when to CC/BCC your messages.

As always, go to your workflow and select the condition (or none to apply to all messages) and then from the action menu select the “Add CC/BCC

Color your labels

We are very excited to announce that you are now able to add colors to your labels in Helpmonks. Additionally, we’ve made it easier to add labels to your emails.

Adding a color to your labels

Adding a color to a label has been one of the top requests of our customers. With the recent update this weekend, it is now possible to do so. Once you’ve added a color to your label, it will show so throughout

Updated Workflow

Just a quick note, on a rather important update to the workflow.

We enhanced the workflow so that you can now enter any email address to be matched. Previously, you could only match if the customer already existed in Helpmonks (hey, we learn too).

This is just another one of those updates that helps you tame your team emails. Stay tuned for a rather large update coming soon including the brand new API (yes, it’s ready!).
