This is such a biased view…. Don’t worry I’m not a “Linux” fanboy (is there even such a thing?), but I switched to Linux/Ubuntu full time some time ago and while the UI in the past was “XP” like, it has improved much.

Over the last few days, we’ve made several small updates to the Helpmonks interface. Now, we’ve also added the ability to navigate quickly through your messages.
Quickly navigate between messages
Many of our customers requested that we make navigation between messages easier. With today’s update you will now see a “previous” and “next” navigation in the top bar. Using these buttons you can navigate through your listed emails in the order they’re shown.

We just released a very exciting update for Helpmonks — the option to include all attachments (or not) upon forwarding an email. In addition, you can now also choose which messages to include in the forwarded email.

We just pushed an update to our Helpmonks servers that supports parsing of winmail.dat files.
Windmail.dat files is a proprietary attachment format that is used by earlier versions of Microsoft products. Generally, those winmail.dat files are not being sent to “Internet users” (Microsoft’s slang for users outside the Outlook world), though from time to time you still get those winmail.dat files with emails.

We just released another feature for Helpmonks — enhanced options to battle spam emails. With our new spam options, you can define a “blacklist” and check for spam scores and spam flags.
Blacklist
With the blacklist, define email addresses that you know are being sent from a spam email address. In addition to individual email addresses, also blacklist a complete domain, e.g. @knownspamdomain.com. You can define as many email addresses and email domains you need.
