At Helpmonks we search for emails a lot. I’m sure you do, too. To this end, we added an “Advanced search” in Helpmonks from the very beginning. However, in order to get to it, you had to search for something first. Clearly, this wasn’t cutting it.
Now, we’ve given the “Advanced search” the place it deserves. In addition to the normal search, you can execute an “Advanced search” right from the top navigation.

Thanks for writing this. I’ve been contemplating to write something similar now for years.
I’ve been avoiding venues with many people all the time. If I get overloaded with too much noise, for example, in one of those lovely restaurants in the US, I go “nuts” (I stop talking and my mind churns and I start to shake). Loud sounds, like a loud car or motorbike, make me blink in irritation and I can’t hold a conversation.
Managing users and groups and their logins is a challenge for enterprises all over the world. To that end, we are excited to announce support for SAML 2 in Helpmonks to make it easier for large teams to sign in to their team email collaboration platform.

In the last several months we’ve made many design improvements to make Helpmonks more personal for your everyday use. Notably, in the previous few weeks, we’ve made some significant changes, and we are happy to present our latest re-design.

Grouping shows your emails grouped by sender, subject, and where applicable by an assignee. Whereas filtering displays only emails with the provided filter, e.g., “Show messages from today”, “Show unread messages only”, etc. In addition, switching between email lists will remember your group and
One of our most used and one of my favorite plugins for Helpmonks is the Custom Fields plugins.
With the custom field plugin, you can add any additional information to an email conversation, a company record, or to a user.
Now, with the just added functionality, you can also set specific custom fields to show in the email list. That’s correct. You can display any custom field value in any of the email lists.
Once again, we’ve been busy here at Helpmonks and enhanced our email collaboration platform with many useful features.

Chatra Chat Integration
In addition to the LiveChat plugin, we now also support the Chatra Chat plugin. Just like with LiveChat, you will receive chat transcripts and offline messages in your mailboxes.

All tracking activities are stored in a log file now. Storing the tracking information helps our customers that need to
