Here is another feature that many [Helpmonks users](http://helpmonks.com/?ref=thenitai.com) requested — **the option to create different user signature per mailbox**.

With this new option, our users are now able to create **individual signatures** for each mailbox. This new option is especially helpful if you use Helpmonks with more than one email domains, but still, want to keep everything under a single account.

For example, you can create a signature for sales@business-one.com and a completely different signature for sales@business-two.com.

The option is now available to all users of [Helpmonks ](http://helpmonks.com/?ref=thenitai.com)and can be found under the profile section.
